William M. Sheriff is an entrepreneur and visionary with over 40 years of experience in the minerals industry; has raised over $500 MM in the public markets and brings extensive experience in project generation, mergers and acquisitions to the Company. Mr. Sheriff was a pioneer in the uranium  renaissance as co-founder and Chairman of Energy Metals Corp. and was responsible for compiling the largest domestic uranium resource base in US history before the company was acquired by Uranium One Corp for $1.8 Billion in 2007. With his in-depth understanding of the nuclear industry and market conditions, plus his knowledge of the financial markets, Mr. Sheriff is regarded as a leader and avid supporter of nuclear energy as a clean and reliable energy source for the United States. Mr. Sheriff also has a significant interest in the gold exploration sector with personal and corporate gold exploration assets across the United States and Canada. He is a Director and co-founder of Group 11 Technologies Inc, a private company committed to the development and application of environmentally and socially responsible precious metals mineral extraction as an alternative to conventional mining methods. Mr. Sheriff is the founder and presently serves as the Executive Chair of enCore Energy Corp., a leader in in-situ recovery uranium and also serves as Chairman of Nuclear Fuels Inc. Mr. Sheriff holds a B.Sc. degree (Geology) from Fort Lewis College, Colorado and an MSc in Mining Geology from the University of Texas-El Paso. He has compiled one of the largest privately-held mining databases in the world.

Douglas Underhill PhD Geology, MBA, CPG

Chief Geologist

Dr. Underhill is a consulting economic geologist with 50 years of international experience with natural resource exploration, development and analysis including 40 years with a specific emphasis on uranium. He is an internationally recognized uranium expert, with broad based knowledge in all phases of both commercial and International Atomic Energy Agency (“IAEA”) uranium programs. His specialties range from world uranium geology and resources, resource estimation, ISL technology, through preparation of NI 43-101 Technical Reports.

Dr. Underhill previously served as the Qualified Person for enCore Energy Corp., holds a PhD Geology from McMaster University (Ontario, Canada); an MBA from Colorado State System (USA); an MSc Geology from McGill University (Montreal, Canada); and a BA Geology from the University of Connecticut (USA). He has made presentations on uranium resources, production and supply-demand on five continents, and advised governments, including the USA, Australia and China, on uranium resources and production technology.

Jason Bagg

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bagg brings over 25 years of financial industry experience in the technology, real estate and mining sectors to the Urano Energy Team. He started his career with large firms in the capital markets space as an advisor at RBC and an options trader at Scotia Capital working with retail and institutional investors. In 2005, he focused on the mining industry working with several publicly listed junior mining companies on the TSX Venture Exchange in an Investor Relations role. He was responsible for increasing investor awareness and shareholder value through direct meetings with analysts, fund managers and high-net-worth investors. Later in 2015, he consulted several real estate focused corporations on structuring investment vehicles specifically, limited partnerships and real estate investment trusts, in accordance with OSC regulations and how to bring them to market. For the past three years, Mr. Bagg has been working with several private junior mining companies in the areas public relations and corporate finance. Mr. Bagg is also the current President and CEO of Puranium Energy.

Eric R. Keller

Director

Mr. Keller has over 25 years of working experience with angel and venture backed start-ups and turnarounds in the areas of high tech and the automotive aftermarket. He currently is the National Marine Sales Manager for XPEL Inc. a NASDAQ – listed company and has held several positions in business development and sales while the company had experienced rapid revenue growth through his 13+ years of employment. Since 2010, XPEL has grown revenues from $4 million to $360 million TTM and $50 million in earnings TTM. Eric’s early working experience included enterprise software and hardware sales at: Paymetric, ClearCommerce and Dell Technologies. Mr. Keller received a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has served on the House Corporation Board and Supervisory Committee for Phi Kappa Psi’s Texas Alpha Chapter for the past 14 years.

John Hamrick

Director

Mr. Hamrick is a metallurgical engineer with over 40 years of experience in metallurgy, environmental health and safety, permitting and licensing, and process optimization, with a focus on uranium, copper, and tungsten milling operations. He has a proven track record of improving metallurgical performance, enhancing environment, health and safety, meeting construction timelines and budgets, and achieving cost reductions through targeted process improvements.

Mr. Hamrick has held senior leadership positions at notable organizations including Umetco Minerals Corporation, Energy Metals Corp., and Cotter Corporation, where he played a key role in advancing operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.  He also served as Chairman of the Uranium Environmental Subcommittee of the National Mining Association, where he led industry engagement with federal regulators and presented proposed changes to the Environmental Protection Agency and Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

In addition to his industry accomplishments, Mr. Hamrick has demonstrated long-standing interest in serving communities which includes serving as Cañon City Mayor Pro Tem, a city councillor, and chair or member of numerous boards and commissions. This deep community engagement enhances his ability to align operational goals with local priorities and public trust. He is also a published author on uranium site decommissioning and Western U.S. mining history.

JeanAnne Hauswald

Director

Ms. Hauswald is the Managing Partner of Solo Management Group and has spent more than 25 years in the investment management, corporate finance, strategic planning and human resource fields. She presently serves as a Director and Audit Committee member at Group 11 Technologies Inc. and previously served as a Director of Constellation Brands and Thomas and Betts, Inc., both NYSE-listed companies, and was Chairman of the Audit and Human Resource Committees at each company. She served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Seagram Company, where she was also responsible for overseeing the Corporate Secretary, risk management, benefits funding and the investors relations department.

Prior to joining Seagram, Jeananne spent 15 years at Celanese Corporation as Assistant Treasurer. Jeananne’s early work experience included banking at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company and Strategic Planning at International Paper Company and Shell Oil. Ms Hauswald received her MBA in finance from New York University and graduated with a BS in Chemistry from Iowa State University.

Kyle Kimmerle

Director

Kyle Kimmerle has a deep understanding of underground and surface mining having been a miner for many years.  He comes from a family with deep roots in the mining industry of Southeastern Utah. His family has been involved in the region’s mining activities for over 90 years, beginning with his great-grandfather, who established and operated a vanadium mill and several nearby mines at Cottonwood Creek in the 1930’s.

Mr. Kimmerle currently serves as the Managing Member of Kimmerle Mining LLC, a company that holds significant mineral property interests in the region. He is also the President of Three Step Resources Inc., a contract mining company that is actively engaged in uranium production in Utah. With extensive experience in mine operations, permitting, and a thorough understanding of the Colorado Plateau deposits, Mr. Kimmerle offers invaluable local expertise, a deep understanding of all aspects of underground mining and a wealth of historical data on the region’s uranium and vanadium occurrences.
