Highlights:
- The entire Uravan District (broken down here into three segments) has been one of the largest uranium producing areas in the United States having produced more than 80 million pounds of U3O8 and over 400 million pounds of V2O5.1
- The Bull Canyon, Chips, and Deer-Nil are advanced projects where Urano has extensive data such as historic Operator’s reports, detailed maps and assay data. Compilation and assessment of the full data set will prioritize the work plan and possible NI 43-101 report work.
- The advanced Bachelor project has Historic Resources as classified by Cotter Corp. of 104,528 lbs. U3O8 at 0.28% and 442,131 lbs. V2O5 at 1.2%.2
- The MUM, MUM Extension, VF, Whitney and Eagle properties are considered early exploration projects at this time however further data is in hand and being evaluated.

The Bachelor Property is located approximately 23 miles southwest of Naturita, Colorado, in San Miguel County, encompassing 10 claims over 211 acres (0.85 km²). Urano’s claims are surrounded by multiple past-producing uranium mines, placing the property in a historically productive area.
Urano Energy has access to a collection of historical underground maps and geologic and resource estimate reports compiled by Cotter Corporation, the previous operator of the area. Historical resource estimates indicate combined “Indicated and Inferred Ore” totaling 18,537 tons @ 0.28% U₃O₈, equating to approximately 104,528 lbs. U₃O₈.
This historical data provide a solid geological foundation and will guide Urano’s exploration planning by guiding the prioritization of drill targets and defining of mineralized trends across the Bachelor Property. The Company is developing a targeted exploration strategy to systematically advance the property’s uranium resource potential.

Mum-Whitney Extension – 5 claims in Montrose County adjoining to, or in the vicinity of Department of Energy (“DOE”) Tracts (U.S. Department of Energy Uranium Reserve Blocks not held by Urano) C-SR-21 and C-SR-23, as well as the past producing Mum-Whitney and other historical mines. The claims are located within areas identified as having high potential for additional discovery as shown by historical UCC favorability maps and are an expansion of the existing Mum-Whitney Project held by Urano.
The Company is continuing analysis and confirmation work to define additional historical uranium and vanadium reserves and resources across the portfolio of projects, all of which have been past producers. The Company has reports, drill hole and mine maps as well as reserves and resource estimates for a majority of the additional properties.
