Highlights:
- The entire Uravan District (broken down here into three segments) has been one of the largest uranium producing areas in the United States having produced more than 80 million pounds of U3O8 and over 400 million pounds of V2O5.1
- The advanced Dulaney project has Historic Resources as classified by Atlas Corp. of 204,514 lbs. U3O8 at 0.24% and 1,227,084 lbs. V2O5 at 1.45%.2
- The Norther and Spud Patch properties are considered early exploration projects although Spud Patch had noted historic production and good exploration potential.

*The historic resource and reserve estimates are based on a report prepared by Union Carbide in May of 1989, and do not comply with mineral resource categories set out in National Instrument 43-101. A Qualified Person (as defined in NI 43-101) has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources and the company is not treating the historical estimate as current miner resources. The company considers the historic information relevant and reliable, however additional work, including drilling, will be required to confirm the presence of a uranium deposit, and if present, to establish the amount and grade of any mineralization that is found.
10 claims, in San Miguel County, adjoining DOE Tract C-SR-15-A including adjacent areas of favorability defined by UCC. The East-West trend of estimated minable U-V mineral resources, identified by DOE Tracts C-SR-15 and C-SR-15A and held by Urano’s competitors, extends westward across the Norther Property.
The Dulaney Properties are located approximately six miles west of Slick Rock, Colorado, encompassing 78 claims over 1,445 acres (5.8 km²) . Urano’s holdings lie between two U.S. Department of Energy uranium lease tracts known to host multiple uranium deposits.
Urano Energy has access to detailed underground maps, selective drill logs, and proprietary historical resource estimates compiled by Cotter Corporation, the former owner. A recently acquired 6-claim block, centrally located within Urano’s holdings, includes historical estimates of uranium-vanadium reserves exceeding 200,000 lbs of U₃O₈. This central deposit provides a foundation for understanding the broader mineral potential across the Dulaney Property.
These historical data will inform exploration planning by highlighting mineralized trends and guiding future drilling on adjacent claims. The Company is developing a strategy to advance the consolidated Dulaney Property toward further exploration and development.
